Just another day

I picked Heidi up at 12:00 from Convergys (building Q--she just started working there today) and we went to the Hard Disk Café for lunch. Apparently the Hard Disk Café has franchised out, to Gandalfo's primarily, but also Lone Star Café (a hamburger joint) and an Italian joint. It's a pretty good idea, if you ask me. We both got burgers and ate outside.

I chatted with mom at some point in the work day. Cupcake's pretty sick. She's 14 years old. So it may be her time. They also got a new car. Actually, a 2001 something or other. She's pretty happy about it.

Then I went to play Frisbee. The game didn't get started till really late, and we played a short field because everything else was occupied. So it was a pretty casual game. Laura was there. I haven't seen her in a while. I grabbed a Freezi on the way home. Took a shower. Liz called about 10:15 and asked if I could help her figure out her wireless internet card. So she came over and we took care of it. And that's pretty much my night.
