This was a PHP-based site that a fellow law student and I put together. I worked on the front-end and a little bit of the back-end, while he put together the rest of the back-end. As of late 2009, it was available at:

Unfortunately, we had to strip out the easy-to-update database interface and switch back to flat files thanks to university policy.
